A Halloween community party is a great way to bring the community together. Actually block parties of all types are a good thing.

Neighbors, both adults and kids, getting together to have fun can't ever be a bad thing - right?

Planning the party can be just as much fun as the party itself. It does take some effort, but it is worth it.
